Serious Beatles' American Record Collectors, check out this ULTRA RARE 12" Savage Records 1965 rip off album: "This is the Savage Young Beatles" B M 6 9 Recorded by THE BEATLES Hamburg 1961".....this is the rare ORANGE Cover and not a reissue or the more common Yellow Cover....the cover condition is fantastic with a beautiful glossy orange slick.....NO SEAM SPLITS....the front cover only has some handwritten ink letters and numbers as you can clearly see in the photos and what I think is a neat 1960s red punch tape where the original owner stamped a date and attached to the top...can be easily removed but I liked it on there to show the '60s time period when when used those little plastic tape devices...small amount of price tag residue on upper right corner which can be easily remove but is hard to see...the photos clearly disclose any other very minor wear...has the fold over cardboard just inside the opening like the old VJ Introducing album to further authenicate the album....record labels are very clean with only the slightest of wear...still very glossy heavy vinyl LP with minor scratches and some scuffing in the trail off area which is the only reason I gave it a VG+ vs the excellent grade....BM-69 A and B hand-etched into trail-off areas...there is a funky looking "E" hand-etched in the same area on both sides.....Check out Perry Cox's description in his 2007 Price guide....apparently this album has shot up in value over 400% since 1985 making it one of the hottest collectible Beatles record, at least by 2007!!!...comes with its original plain white dust sleeve which has of course aged over 49 years so its a dirty white color now....What a rarity to addd to your collection!!! highest bid over $750 WINS!!! 3 day auction...Good Luck!!!
