Thirteenth Floor Elevators Psychedelic Sounds. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
Album is in fair condition. The spine of the jacket is torn open as shown in photo. Record tracks/plays without skips.A few crackles and pops here and there. Zero warping. A sticker on the label on side 2. Haven’t tried to remove it as I didn’t want to risk additional damage. It might possibly come off easily. Don’t know. I think that with a good deep cleaning (I don’t have a record cleaning kit) the album would sound a bit better. That said, I got this record about 42 years ago from my friend Marcia (see sticker) who bought it new. It’s the real deal. Mono. First pressing. I’ve always enjoyed this record. I’m originally from Austin and I saw the elevators when I was 12. Many years later I met Rocky a few times. He came and saw my band play once in 1995.Anyway, it’s time for me to part with this possession. Needs a good home with a new ( or old...) elevators fan. I tried to upload a short video of the record playing on my turntable but for some reason eBay won’t let me upload the video.
