Here is a super rare copy of The 13th Floor Elevators Live on a USA International Artists IALP #8 vinyl LP pressing. The jacket is (yes I am calling this professionally) NEAR MINT like new!!! There are absolutely NO detractions!!! This jacket looks like the shrink was just removed!!!
The LP is also a beautiful visual near mint with NO spindle marks and SPOTLESS pristine like new vinyl surfaces!!! The stamper matrix’s are:
ACH7P V45232-1 08168 RE-1 and ACH7P V45323-2 RE-1. From the best known sources, this looks like the 2000 re-issue on International Artists since the actual re-pressings of originals have “Masterfonics” in the dead wax and that is NOT the case here and an original pressing stamper numbers are : Side 1 : IA LP8 SIDE1 –1A Side 2 : IA LP8 SIDE2 –1A.
There is also NO indication of any copyright or other later date evidence on the jacket. There is also no title on the jacket spine. This is a BEAUTIFUL COPY!!!!!!!! It is a well known fact that this is was an artificial “Live” album. It was actually a studio recording with audience noise dubbed in. I played this album all through and it is quite evident as the audience between tracks applause is “pumped up”. This copy also plays very quiet and is play graded at a pro VG+ only for occasional random, sometimes consistent ticks. The consistent ones I heard mostly on side two. It still did not detract from the music. No loud or explosive pops or surface noise for sure. The sides are unbanded. Winner pays $4 media or $8 Priority USA shipping by paypal or an MO.
