Description
According to the sheet that accompanys this record, it seems to be a Warner Brothers label copy dated March 27, 1979. The round lable on the record itself specifically says "Available only to technical and other authorized personnel for the limited purposes of testing and review. NOT TO BE PUBLICLY PERFORMED, REPRODUCED, SOLD OR OTHERWISE DISTRIBUTED".
The record size is 12, it is numbered as record #BSK 3338 which is also hand written on the album cover. The sheet lists the release date as May 4th, 1979 which is the Black Rose album. The sheet even lists two revisions:

The record, sleeve, cover, and the information shet are in great condition for their age. No tears or stains.
