Vinyl: Test Pressing LP is FACTORY SEALED!
Cover: Test pressing comes in a generic white cover with the catalog number and date stamped on it. This auction also comes with the retail version of the cover. Both covers are Near Mint. No seam splits, tears, hole punches, writing or cut marks in or on the covers.
Grading Scale: Mint > Near Mint > EX or VG++ > VG+ > VG We grade strictly (and visually, unless noted) and our grading scale is based on the Goldmine Grading Standard. We only use Mint for sealed records.
About this: This auction is for a STILL SEALED Single LP Test Pressing of the Classic Records 200gram reissue of The Who's "My Generation" in Mono. These highly collectible test pressings are from the first stamper and less than 20 exist. Test pressings reflect the closest you can get to the lacquers and hence have a special collectible value and store of value. This came from an estate of a collector who bought a lot of audiophile and Classic Records pressings. We believe he bought this directly from Classic Records.

Packaging: We ship in custom LP mailers that protect the corners of the cover. See attached photo for an example of the mailer we use. Unsealed records are shipped with the record outside of the picture sleeve or cover (and in a new generic sleeve) to prevent seam splits in the original cover during shipping.
