1978 Mono mispress with stereo catalog number on sleeve and labels but mono matrix numbers and audio. Non-peelable banana cover. Black/silver Verve "T" label.
Catalog numbers: V6-5008 on sleeve. V6/5008 on labels. V5008 in deadwax.
Sleeve states "Manufactured and Marketed by PolyGram Records, Inc." Labels state "Manufactured and Marketed by Polydor Incorporated”
Matrix / Runout (Side A, Etched): V5008 MG-558-I-I-III 61 PRC Matrix / Runout (Side B, Etched): V5008 MG-559-I-I-II 06 Pressing Plant ID: PRC

Vinyl is VG (very clean, but some noticeable marks on both sides)
