All records are play tested and checked they are free from jumps, skips or warps.

I may give a visual grading along with a playback grading especially for reggae vinyl as in many cases original reggae plays a lot better than it looks or vice versa. Some reggae vinyl plays with background noise from new. This is down to the way it was recorded and mastered. Sometimes UK pressed records were dubbed from JA originals. Jamaican vinyl was always pressed in short runs, used recycled vinyl etc.
