Comment: this is the 1985 Version / Pressing of „Motivation“ …. it’s much better and different from the 1986 Pressing, many people don’t know it! Aside being doper it’s also rarer …. and this is the rarest Pressing, the White Label Promo! This one doesn’t show up very often, me myself I haven’t seen many copies in my life …. and this one here is near mint, so take your chance

NM (Nearly Perfect Copy with nearly no signs of usage)
VG+ (Still a Collectors Copy, maybe some light paper scuffs here and there, won’t affect the Play)
VG (Still an acceptable copy, but definitely shows signs of usage, possibly some background noise)
VG- (often played Copy with more signs of usage and background noise )
G (Bad copy, you won’t see it very often in my auctions)
