Thelonious Monk- The Unique Thelonious Monk. This is a rare 1958 repress from Riverside Records on the blue label with Bill Grauer Productions on the bottom. The record is covered with scratches and scuffs on both sides that produce surface noise and crackle throughout. The record does not skip and plays through both sides.
The sleeve has water damage along the bottom, causing staining and some paper separation. The bottom seam is completely split, and there is chipping and the start of a split on the lower side of the middle seam.
All records are shipped in protective polymer outer sleeves, with the record outside of the jacket to prevent damage. Every record has been both visually inspected and play-tested to determine vinyl grading. Please note that these are cross-listed on Discogs, so if the listing disappears, it's been sold over there!
