Description
Really nice playing copy of this rare 1958 slice of British post-bop jazz, featuring the excellent Tommy Whittle Quartet, comprising Tommy Whittle (tenor sax), Eddie Thompson (piano), Maurice Salvat (bass) and Jack Dougan (drums).
The fully laminated flipback sleeve is in excellent shape. just a touch of bend at the corners and a little corner rub. It grades Excellent.
The vinyl plays through absolutely fine - a couple of surface lines but no feelable scratches. It sounds great with a little minor surface noise at times. It grades at least VG+.
The green and silver His Master's Voice labels are in excellent shape with no damage, wear or writing. These grade Excellent.
This is a rare jazz EP much sought after by collectors.
