Description
Private label “MC Records” 45 from 1980, I have very little info on The Threat, other than they seem to have recorded once and disappeared. I found a page on 45cat but absolutely nothing in Discogs or Popsike, so I’m pricing based on what I think this is worth. Vinyl plays VG+, but has some light marks that bring it down to VG. They don’t affect play and there is some wear to the label you can see in the photos.
Superb heavy rock tracks, these actually sound more like 1970 than 1980! “Pull My Trigger” is an original while the b-side has a cover of Spooky Tooth’s Gary Wright’s “Wrong Time.” Both tracks get the fuzz treatments here! Proto-Metal bliss!
You can sample the A-side on YouTube, as someone uploaded a video. Free shipping through USPS Media Mail!
