Jacket/Sleeve: VG+ (shelf and edge wear, a few light creases around edges, "DJ Not For Sale" staicker on bottom right hand corner of back cover)   

Vinyl: NM- (extremely clean with only a few small light surface scuffs, fantastic gloss)
