I bought the record directly from the band at a show in Seattle - I've been the only owner.
Album has been kept in a secure smoke free house.

Cover is 2 semi-glossy 12" x 12" cards w/ a foamcore square support
NOTE - the top of both cover sheets are slightly damaged on top - the foamcore support was smaller than the covers so the covers sit about an inch above the support. See photos.
