The experience of buying records on Ebay is ruined if, when they arrive, you discover that they are either not in the condition stated or have been damaged in the post! For this reason I describe all my items in detail, and only post using strong sturdy packaging. They are also from a non-smoking and pet-free home.

The Smiths - 'Panic' 12'' With Promotional Stickers - 1986

The first pressings of this 12" single were issued with promotional stickers, which were exclusive to this release (the 7" equivalent was accompanied by smaller circular stickers). Since only the first run carried the stickers, it is now very difficult to find copies which have an intact sticker sheet; not to mention the fact that many of these stickers would have been peeled off and used at the time. This record is a first-run press as indicated by the "RTT 193 A1" and "RTT 193 B1" matrix numbers on the run-out grooves, and offers a rare opportunity to obtain one of these which is both complete and in superb condition (see below).The vinyl is in strong excellent condition, with only a few very light 'hairline' surface marks which are visible if the record is held to the light. The vinyl retains its glossy 'sheen'. The sleeve is also in strong excellent condition, with practically no edge or corner wear and just some mild 'ringwear' and surface 'indentations' on the reverse only. The original light blue inner sleeve is also present and undamaged with no splits or marks. The sticker sheet is also intact with no rips or tears and no marks on the reverse. Please see the accompanying photos; note that the ID lettering is just on the pictures and not the item itself.
