Description

The Smiths, Meat is Murder. Original UK 1985 CBS Pressing.
Nice enough original release / pressing, some aging and wear, but overall in good playable condition.
  Outer Sleeve - Glossy with light rubbing to the corners and edges, some localised light creases and yellowing to the white area's / edges. Not mint, but presentable for a nearly 40 year old record cover. No writing, splits, or label removal marks etc. VG

Inner Sleeve - Really crisp and glossy with no damage or wear to note. EX
Vinyl - Visually lots of light hairlines, Plays with some light crackling on the lead in / out and between the tracks but not audible above the music, nothing deep and feelable, just the wispy sort you can see in a strong light. No nasty clicks, or jumps. Noise may just be crud in the groves and improve with a professional clean and further playing. I have an elliptical stylus fitted which sits deeper in the groves than a standard conical stylus, so can be prone to picking up more background noise from dirt lower down in the groves. VG+

According to Discogs this is Variant 2, CBS Pressing 1985.
Labels - Nice, clean and undamaged with just a few light spindle marks.
In summary, I would describe this record as a great everyday player, something that does its job, without you having to worry about using it and may improve with cleaning an further playing.

Please study the images for condition etc, paying attention to the corners, spine and opening side of the sleeve as this is a good indicator of the condition. 
I have tried to be honest if a little conservative with the grading to avoid disappointment.
