Description
For your consideration from my personal collection is How Soon Is Now 12 Inch Vinyl Record from The Smiths. This was bought new by me in the mid 1980's from an import record shop in Calgary, Alberta Canada.
Condition: Excellent overall. The vinyl is Near Mint. The sleeve is excellent condition. Refer to photo #3 for a closeup where you can find two small areas of white where the blue ink appears to be missing.
Additional Information:
- To ensure that each parcel arrives in the condition described I use CLP Bukwrap mailers 330 x 330 x 30mm from lilmailers.com. I will also put each record in a new Outer Record Sleeve from Groove Vinyl. I will then wrap in Kraft Paper. Then I will add a stifferner on each side before inserting into the mailer (despite Lil Packaging saying that their record mailers do not need them).
- To protect you as a buyer and me as a seller I will only ship tracked using insurance at the actual value.
- I will combine shipping without any additional handling charges. Not including insurance which includes to $100 CDN ($2.25 for each additional $100 in insurance) I can ship three records for the same postage cost as one record to the USA and over seas. In Canada the rates are much better.
- I always ship by no later than the next business day and an email with be sent with the tracking number so that you can follow the progress of the shipment.
If you have any questions let me know.
Thank you.

- Vinyl grading is based on the Goldmine Grading Guide and is as follows:
- M or Mint - perfect in every way. Records are "not" minted and I do not use this rating.
- NM/M- or Near Mint - like new condition with no wear or defects on the vinyl or sleeve.
- EX or Excellent - very minor issues. EX should satisfy most collectors. All issues will be noted.
- VG or Very Good - There will be signs of wear but the vinyl will play without any issues. This includes sleeve wear, vinyl wear, etc. All issues will be noted.
- G or Good - Significant wear but the vinyl still plays nicely without skipping. Might include significant sleeve wear. All issues will be noted.
- P or Poor - issues include vinyl cracks, skipping, heavy wear, etc.
