This is a seriously rare 12" Single on the Grass Roots Record Label. What make it rarer is the condition under normal light it looks Mint, Checking under strong light there are a couple of minor trace scratches on both sides but nothing to interfere with the playback. 

What a Excellent addition to a collection in this type of condition.
