This album is valued at  $250.00 in very good condition in Jerry Osborne's Rockin Records Record Album Reference and Price Guide.
An extremely valuable collector's item!
THE RIVIERAS -- Campus Party -- hard to find, original 1965 U.S. private press album.  The second and by far rarer of two albums by much-loved garage/surf rock group The Rivieras, featuring a groovy sequel to their monster hit "California Sun," here titled "California Sun '65" (!)  This was privately pressed on the Riviera Records label (apparently their own label.)   See photo for track listing.  
Condition Cover:  VG+ only a few discolorations spots, NO rips, tears, holes!   Record:  VG+, several surface scratches and a scuff.  I did NOT clean this album as I did not want to use the wrong technique and ruin it's value.  Cleaned up this is a prime buy and great investment in a collection!
