The Residents ?– Diskomo / Goosebump 12" Green Vinyl EP released on the Ralph Records ?(RZ 8006-D) label in 1988. The sleeve is VG, with some shelf and edge wear. The vinyl is EX.

Limited edition reissue in green transparent vinyl (500 copies). Originally release as Diskomo / Goosebump 12" (Ralph Records, 1980). It has same sleeve and labels as the original version, but the disc is repressed with a new runout etching "R-Z 8006... Re VI".
Front sleeve notes: "Special 12" - 45rpm Disco record - Based on the LP Eskimo - Disco will never die!".
Back sleeve notes: "All sounds heard on Goosebump were originated on toy instruments which were provided by Toys-R-Us, Inc. - Drawing of The Residents by Jad Fair of Half Japanese".
