The Remains (same) Stereo Epic BN 26214 VG/VG plays VG+

This is a rare stereo copy of the coveted Remains first and only LP.  This is also one of my favorite all-time LPs; that's why this is for sale, because I just dropped $340 for a M- copy of this same LP.  What is the difference between my M- copy and this one?  well . . .not too much; a few pops; some noticeable paper scuffs; but this stereo puppy for sale was my keeper for many years.  Bought it in 1990 at a record convention in Maryland for the asking price.  Good luck!

The Cover.  The cover is a nice ultra conservative VG; Most would call it VG+, especially for such a rare item; not me; I would rate it higher but it has very very faint ring wear (see scans), a little overall age wear (browning), and most importantly a 3 inch split in the bottom right hand corner bottom seam.  But there are no cut corners, no staple holes or such, and no writing whatsoever, and NO sticker/price tag stuff on the cover, etc.  I just can't call this VG+, but it is my favorite grade for a rare LP at a reasonable price! (I guess this would probably be an EX or EX- on the other side of the ocean).  Extremely strong spine; rest of bottom seam and some of top seam is beginning to flake but still nice.  Top right hand corner has some discoloration and whiting, slight ding.. .

The Vinyl.  The vinyl is a nice conservative VG looker (nothing even remotely looking like a feelable "scratch") that plays VG+ to VG++ (no I don't use an EX grade, and don't use VG++, but heck, this is not M-, but not VG+ in its crisp playing ability for most of the record; paper scuffs; no marks that cause any reason for concern).  By the way, this looks like an EX copy of records I purchase from the UK area.  I play tested this before buying it a long time ago for my minimum bid.  It has served me well . . . but being as important a disc as it is to me I went big time for a clean stereo copy (Thanks Craig!).

Seller Stuff.  No reserve hidden minimum bid.  Starting minimum bid is usually my original cost basis unless noted (gotta pay taxes!). Records, when play graded, are graded using my Ruby 3 BMicro Benz cartridge on my Rockport "Sirius" turntable. All records are guaranteed; I'll pay postage both ways if you are not satisfied. Overseas buyers, I will split postage with you unless there is a good reason why you do not want the record (e.g., I graded it incorrectly).  I simply can't pay $28.58 in postage for a $15-$20 record I put up for sale because my coveted overseas customers are not satisfied for some unexplained reason with the record.  My scans prevent swaps (don't try it people!).  Records not paid for within 7 days (absent consentual communication with buyers) will be offered to next highest bidder if I can still bear to part with the particular item that is advertised for sale.
