These are pretty well unique and were produced to test the quality at A&M LA Branch and one of my US ex-A&M friends, said these neber got out to the public, let alone for sale, and these were meant to be destroyed. This is a pre-Test Pressing in cassette form and not the mass produced promos. Cassettes and Inlays are Mint and came directly from the CB collection.
