The Platinum Series Beatles Collection...Capitol Records The Platinum Series Beatles Collection, compliments of Capitol Data Systems/Capitol Records. I received this set at a promotional event at Capitol Records in Los Angeles in the mid 1980's. I don't remember the exact year. This box has been opened, it is not sealed. There are 16 albums including posters and photos. A few of the records have been played a couple times. Not all of the records have been played. I cannot remember which records I played. All of the records are in near mint to mint condition. The covers have some corner scuffing. Covers are in VG++ to near mint condition. The slip case has corner scuffing and light bumping. Slip case has soiling and scuffing. Overall slip case in very good condition.
