This the mega-rare ORIGINAL first pressing (with only the Nemesis Records Logo and NO Cargo Records Logo (That Cargo logo was present on subsequent pressings)) of the first Offspring LP, self-titled and released in 1989 on Nemesis Records with the amazing original "Guitar Alien" cover artwork by the late Mad Marc Rude (NOT the 1995 re-release on Nitro Records!) and complete with the lyrics sheet! (SEE PICTURE). Etched in the dead wax of this record, you can read : "Nemesis-6-A", "Nemesis-6-B", "Kdisc ch" and "REEB", proving this is a first pressing! This is back from when Offspring was still an underground and virtually unknown band, way before "Come out and play" made it big and "Smash" became the best selling Independend album in history! This is back when Dexter Holland was using Keith Holland as a nickname (his real name is Brian Holland)! On this release, the Offspring was: Greg K. - Bass, Noodles - Guitar, R. All the songs are written by the Offspring, except "Beheaded", co-written with James Lilja. Lots of guitar solos by Noodles on that album!
