Sleeve - Shows signs of wear, all corners are bumped, various bends, however there are no seam splits.  Sleeve grade G+
Vinyl - Surface noise on side B and E, there is a skip during the verse of "Last Day", sides A, C, & D sound good.  Vinyl grade VG

Record Cleaned with a Spin Clean Record Washing System and tested on a Denon DP-300F with a Ortofon 2M.
