Up for bid is the vinyl LP album The Munsters-The Newest Teen-Age Singing Group. This group and record were inspired by the TV characters The Munsters and was an attempt by the show's producers to cash in on The Munster's popularity after the 1964-65 season.The liner notes on the back cover talk about the TV Munsters and synopsis of the show and the musical Munsters. The record is on the Decca label and this album is a promotional copy. The jacket is in pristine shape-no tears, rips, no ring marks and no writing. The album is in excellent shape with no scratches. There are some pops but to be honest I haven't cleaned this album in over 20 years, so that's all it may take. Songs on the album include Munster Creep, T.V. Monster Show, Eerie Beach,(Here Comes The) Munster Coach. The music is pop-ish and what the "older generation" and "insiders" thought was hip for the time. It's a hoot to listen to.
