Description
The Monkees – HEAD Soundtrack LP Rhino Records – RNLP 145 VINYL 1985 Reissue. The LP is still in original shrink wrap with the hype sticker. The top right corner has a small cut--it may have been a cut-out at some point. The LP has been stored for years and only played 2 or 3 times a few years ago. The LP is a mint minus and the cover I would grade VG++ because of the cut. Most people are unaware that this reissue is rare. The original Colgems release in 1968, and all other reissues from 2000 and on are identical. The Rhino 1985 version is the first and only reissue that was done that contained the full version of Porpoise Song in stereo. The only full version of that song was only available on the 1968 mono single. The time listed on the single and this LP is 4:00, and the time listed on all other LP reissues is 2:56 --- just like the original Colgems release.
