• International shipping charges based upon country (shipping costs are VERY high for many countries - please e-mail me for a quote before you bid, or you can look up international shipping charges (13 ounces) on-line. ITEMS CAN NO LONGER BE SHIPPED VIA ECONOMY RATES.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
• Items are often delayed awaiting customs processing. These delays are not reflected in estimated shipping times, and are beyond our control.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed above (on the "Shipping and payments" tab). When I list items, I enter the package size and weight and eBay provides the shipping details (costs and estimated delivery).

If an item does not meet the requirements for MEDIA MAIL shipping (Must not contain advertising. Generally used for books , film, printed music, printed test materials, sound recordings, play scripts, printed educational charts, loose-leaf pages and binders consisting of medical information, and computer-readable media), I can NOT ship it by MEDIA MAIL.

Estimated shipping delivery times are also provided. There are many reasons shipments could be delayed in route. I package items very well (see my feedback) but "mayhem" and "Murphy's law" really do exist. Some packages have disappeared in the vast mail system, but 99.99% arrive (give it a few more days).

Some items are listed with several shipping options (Media, Parcel, Priority). If you want it delivered FAST you should select and pay for PRIORITY shipping. If you select and pay for MEDIA mail, you should expect it will be slower than priority delivery. I print my own mailing labels with postage (on most items) and these USA shipments have a tracking number. International first class shipments can NOT be tracked or insured (the customs form can be entered as tracking, but really only shows proof that it was shipped). I normally will only offer priority shipping (or first class plus registered mail charge) on high dollar items to international buyers, as these items are tracked, and provide proof of delivery. There has been an increasing trend in stolen international packages (or items reported as never received). For items $250 USD (or local currency equivalent) or more, delivery signature may also be required. Contact me prior to bidding if you have any questions on shipping charges (of course I'll need your basic shipping information ) in order to look up the shipping information.

eBay has a process to report items that were not received (use the Customer Support link at the top right of each auction page). Contacting the seller multiple times will not speed up delivery. Items are normally delivered (or the postal services wouldn't be in business), please give it a few extra days.
