The Litter, "Distortions" (Warick Productions). All-time stone classic garage rock/psych LP. RARE and still amazing! Original. The hip cover is remarkably VG+ after all these years, its only noteworthy flaw being a 2-1/2 inch seam split at the bottom, in the center. The bright yellow labels are VG++. Now to the vinyl... I would sight grade this LP G-minus at best, maybe lower still, with lots of scuffs and hairline scratches that frankly do not seem to affect play at all. The LP has certainly been played plenty, perhaps at a few memorable parties. But the good news is that these Warick originals were really well made, "Distortions" is overall quite a loud record, and this copy plays great! There are a few pops, sure, most noticeably between songs, but certainly no skips and no warping. I would play-grade the album a strong VG, closer to VG+, and I just had a great time listening to all 10 kickass tracks! Probably the finest garage/psych LP ever to come out of Minnesota, produced by the great Warren Kendrick.
