This is the full "The Listening Program" by Advanced Brain Technologies, copyright 1999. This program was prescribed by my son's Occupational Therapist as a treatment for his Sensory Integration Dysfunction, ADD, and possible Asperger's. It retails today for $425.00. Two years ago we paid $450.00. I think we're done with it,  now. I have never seen it sold used before; this is a deal you can't pass up. All components are in mint shape. There is no writing in the guidebook or journal (we used a blank notebook) or disks. There are no scratches or glitches in the music. My son found it calming and focusing. I tried it also and found it beautiful and enjoyable and calming.

From the guidebook: 

The intention of The Listening Program is to enhance the function of the ear and brain naturally while providing a pleasant listening experience. TLP is based on psychoacoustics-the study of the effect of music and sound on the human nervous system. TLP exercises the ear and the brain and facilitate improvement in auditory tonal processing.

TLP may be of special benefit to children and adults with sound sensitivities, hearing loss, learning and attention deficits, receptive and expressive language problems. The program may also be of interest to individuals working to improve communication skills, musical abilities, and learning potential.  

The Listening Program is a home-based sound stimulation auditory training method consisting of 8 specially developed Compact Discs with a Guidebook and Listening Journal. Each TLP CD contains four progressive segments that are 15 minutes each. Re-arranged,specially engineered classical music and nature sounds comprise the listening content. The Base Listening Schedule consists of two 15-minute segments per day of headphone listening, 5 days a week, for a period of 8 weeks.

The Listening Program, itself, does not include the headphones, but I'm willing to send mine to the winning bidder for an additional $45. I even still have the box. They are Sennheiser fusion HD 500, Natural Sound, and meet the specs outlined in The Listening Program. These are $69 retail, cover the entire ear comfortably, and block out outside sound. They do wonderful things to the sound of regular CDs too. The winner does not need to purchase these from me, but does need them (or others like them) to get the full benefits of the filtered and adapted music.
