By record collector's grading system
Record - Good (this record does look used, it has quite a lot of spindal marks, quite a lot of scratches too. However, even though it may not look mint I can assure you that this record certainly sounds great. It may crackle here and there, but the music is so loud, you don't really notice it that much. You Really Got Me is a little distorted, but this album has been played and I think it sounds much better than Good)
Sleeve - Good (the bottom has been taped as there is a split. The back has writing on it, the sides are a bit scuffed, still looks pretty nice though)
All in all this is a very rare find, and it does sound great. Mint it is not, but good luck trying to find a mint copy for an affordable price.
