We ship 12" records outside of the outer sleeves to prevent the record splitting the sleeve in the case of a severe jolt during transit.  With 12" singles without an inner and LPs with printed inners we usually place the record in a new poly-lined sleeve and the total in a used PVC between two card stiffeners in the hope that the record reaches you in the condition it leaves us.    In the event of any problem please contact us in the first instance.  UK Only
