Description

The Jam 7” Vinyl

This vinyl was released on Bulldog records.

It says it was limited to 500 copies and this is number 182

I have no idea when I bought this or the story that goes with it. I don’t know anything about Bulldog records. I probably did when I was 18 but I’ve got no chance of remembering now.

All the information on this comes from the record sleeve !!!

A side - England I miss you (1980)

B side - Uptight ( 1975 demo)

I got you ( I feel good ) ( 5/4/82)

It states that England I miss you know was recorded with The Cockney Rejects but it was never officially released due to Paul Weller stopping it. There is apparently original artwork.

The vinyl itself is in great condition and plays with no jumps or scratches. The quality of the recordings aren’t up to Polydor standards but it is ok. They are demos so I expect that is reflected in it. I’m sure someone out there knows the story behind it but it’s not me !!

This has been stored with my others for 25+ years but I have played it before listing with no issues.
