Description

THE J.B.'s – HUSTLE WITH SPEED

1975 UK pressing – Polydor 2391 194 / PE 6606

Original 1975 UK release of Hustle With Speed by The J.B.'s, James Brown's legendary backing band.

A fantastic funk/soul album featuring:

  • (It's Not The Express) It's The J.B.'s Monaurail
  • Here We Come, Here We Go, Here We Are
  • All Aboard The Soul Funky Train
  • Transmogrification
  • Thank You For Letting Me Be Myself And You Be Yours
  • Taurus, Aries & Leo
  • Things & Do

CONDITION

Please study all photographs carefully as they form an important part of the description.

Sleeve: VG. Original sleeve with visible age-related wear, including edge/corner wear, surface marks and general signs of storage/use. Please see photographs.

Vinyl: VG/VG+. The record has a minor number of visible hairlines from previous use. Record plays beautifully. The vinyl is still glossy overall but is not being sold as EX or NM.

The centre labels show some marking/wear, also visible in the photographs.

PLEASE NOTE: I have graded this conservatively based on its visual condition. Buyers should expect some minor surface noise/crackle consistent with a well-used vintage record.

A genuine vintage copy of a highly regarded J.B.'s funk album and a great addition to a 1970s funk, soul, James Brown or rare-groove collection.
