Overall its in good condition.
The sleeve has creasing to the spine, a little rubbing to the front and wear to the opening edges.
The inner has a sticky tape repair.
The labels have a few spindle marks, the disc some non- audible hairline scratching. It plays nicely but is a bit crackly, especially side 2 track 1.
