The Germs - Lexicon Devil 7" 1978 press Slash Records pink/red cover green labels, this copy also happens to have been owned by Darby Crash himself and before his passing given to his band manager Nicole Panter who created this signed authentication letter stating this which is provided with the auction..side 1 runout says "L.A. Declares War", side 2 runout says "His Masters Noise" vinyl is unplayed, cover NM/NM-condition(light slight bend to one corner thats it) authentication letter EX/EX-condition(a few slight bends to lower edges).

If color of vinyl is not shown in pic or mentioned then it will always be BLACK vinyl.

Any aspects of or additions to the item will be listed in the above description box so you can be safely assume if something (certain pressing, insert included, gatefold, etc) is known or included with the auction it will be listed there.

Sometimes we will give 2 grades in a description to provide a small grading spread to cover how stringent the range of customer expectations may be on either end of the spectrum.

WE WILL COMBINE SHIPPING with other auctions ending in the same 7-day period. Combined shipping rates are $4 for 1st auction won, $2 more for 2nd auction won, $1 more for each won after that, regardless of how many items are in an auction, we base on number of auctions instead of weight..and will combine in one shipment for anything won up to 7 days after the 1st auction is won

Physical addresses are automatically sent UPS Ground, P.O. boxes are sent USPS media mail, same shipping cost for the customer either way, by bidding you are agreeing to this.

WE WILL NOT MEET LOCALLY. Our small number of employees have a full weekly schedule and cannot do ebay meet-ups, it doesn't matter if you live one street over shipping is mandatory.

WE WILL NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, we have a shipping setup going for domestic only, sorry.

We are a small business and need to have an up to 1-7 BUSINESS DAY HANDLING TIME to deal with the flow. We feel we are charging very reasonable shipping rates so this is the compromise that needs to be given for that in order for us to get all auctions out in the order that they were won in, thanks for understanding. Your item will still arrive in a reasonable timeframe in most cases.(ups ground & media mail state something like 7-10 business days as well after we give it to them so please take that into account, even though we've noticed that they don't take that long in most cases once its in their hands) 

..and lastly, if you feel the need to force a return over a disagreement with the grading or if the thing is a bootleg or not then please don't expect to find any future listing you want bc we are done doing business once this occurs. This also applies to any feedback other than positive left on our rating, please address complaints first maybe we can work something out without just immediately taking it out directly on the feedback.
