Condition:
Records: EX+  I am the first owner, I purchased this from a local retailer back in 1999. I have NOT opened this, it is still shrink wrapped from factory. I can only assume since this item is still factory sealed that the records are in EX+/Mint/Brand new condition.  I've stored it in my home entertainment center, it's never been in the heat outdoors.

Jacket: VG I've had this for almost 17 years, so there are some corner bumps, dings, and very minor hairline creases. I have included pictures of the most prominent flaws. There are other VERY minor creases, but nothing worse than what is depicted. Also, there is a circular impression on the front and back jacket where the vinyl had put pressure on the jacket. You can see an example of this on the bottom of the first picture, but it is present on several locations on both the front and rear jacket.
