Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: The Doors – In concert – RARE Triple Vinyl LP album from 1991.
PLEASE NOTE: All three vinyl’s have slight warps. All play fine though and this really is nothing to worry about. The needle bobs up and down slightly but not too high or anything. Records are fully tested from start to finish and play superbly. The records could possibly have been like this since they were pressed. This is nothing to worry about but please be aware of the slight warps before bidding.
Each record has a small sticker cellotaped onto one of the centre labels and a red library stamp next to it.). This must be an ex library vinyl but is in nice condition. Sleeve is great and has no stickers or stamps.
Vinyl Condition: VG (Slight warps to all three records but all play great. There is a slight mark to the start of side “c” which causes about 12 audible clicks. There are some light surface marks/light hairlines etc in places but overall nice condition. The records play great with nice clear sound. Each record has a small sticker cellotaped onto one of the centre labels and a red library stamp next to it.).
Inner Sleeve Condition: VG (Plain white inners have some yellow age spots).
Outer Sleeve Condition: EX (Very slight ring-wear and the odd corner scuffs but overall great condition).
I grade my vinyl’s as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
