The Deep-Psychedelic Moods Original 1966 Stereo LP NM Original 1966 Cameo Parkway release SP7051 in the super rare stereo format, a coveted collectors piece.
Jacket
Cover is still really glossy, has some minor wear. I'd conservatively say VG/NM-. There is some VERY slight rub rash around the perimeter, nothing crazy. The worst of the damage is a zig zag split 1.5 inches up the lower spine. The split appears to be in just the outer printed layer of the cover and not an actual crack into the spine. The back is nice and bright with some minor browning around the edges but again, nothing major. It does have a "drill hole" in the lower left corner.

Ok, I'm always very conservative when I grade records. I never want to give the wrong impression on a piece, especially a rare piece like this. Let me just say, when I took this out of the sleeve for a test listen and saw the condition of the vinyl, I didn't feel comfortable even dropping the needle on it. I never say mint because mint to me is never played, in the wrap, but this is as close as it gets to mint for me. The labels are PERFECT, NO WEAR, STAINS, SMUDGES, RIPs, TEARS. I'll say no spindle wear because if you look at the picture close up of side b, where it appears the label is ripped, you'll see it's actually that the label peeled back and was printed over at the factory. You can see and feel the little bump right next to that little "bald spot", which is the paper folded over, and see that the color is printed right over it.
There is no visible wear on the vinyl itself. It looks glossy and brand new, all the grooves are visible with no scratches. Even the lead-in areas and edges are perfect. I didn't buy this from the store and unwrap it so I can't guarantee it but I'd bet this has been played once or twice if that.
This is an extraordinarily well preserved specimen of this ultra-rare and somewhat controversial early psychedelia release. Collectors take note, you don't see them in this condition come down the pipeline too often. I've seen copies of this sold on eBay for $250 and up, the last one was in Austria and went for like $600. I saw the pics and that piece doesn't compare to this, even close. The cover on this one is at least a grade better, as is the vinyl.
Please inspect the pics carefully before bidding. I've described the item as accurately as possible and on the conservative side. If you need more pics just note me and I'll get them to you.
