Description
This is an extremely rare and very special first test pressing 7", The Dead Weather "Hang You from the Heavens" and "Are Friends Electric". It's the first release from Third Man Records, Nashville (TMR-001) and it was limited to 100 copies handed out to guests invited to the grand opening party in Nashville, TN in 2009. Each copy of the artwork is different, as it was hand painted by the different band members. The artwork for this copy was hand painted by Alison Mosshart and is signed "Baby Ruthless Strikes Again". When Jack Lawrence saw which copy I received he said "Oh cool, you got one of the best ones!" Then he pointed out the cool tongue that sticks out from the artwork. This is the first time this copy has been seen publicly. The single also includes a real photo booth strip of all 4 members, and again each one of these is different. The band took 100 photo booth shots! This record has never been played and is in mint condition. It has a cool message in the run out groove of both sides. I'll include the original white envelope it came in and the Third Man bag it came in. I really hope an awesome person gets this very special item!
