Description
These Vinyl Picture Discs/Records were pressed in the UK in 1990 ... Very few made it to America ... and are very rare. I am the original owner ... this is from my personal collection. This is the best price you'll ever find, as I'm thinning out records I don't play. The Vinyl is in Mint-/Excellent Condition. (only noticeable marks if you strain to look are around the spindle hole) The jacket is the typical UK thin cardboard that does not hold up to any flexing at all, nevertheless, this jacket with picture window is in Very Good+ condition with sound corners and no seam splits. The viewing window is a stamped cut, then popped out, so please do not expect that viewing ring to be absolutely mint, this is how it was when I purchased the record new. The Record plays well, that being said, it is a picture disc, and they are not of the sonic quality that vinyl produces. Expect to pay dearly for a black vinyl copy of this album. I do not believe that I've played it more than a dozen times on a McIntosh turntable.
Please know that you wish this item, it has been honestly described and comes from a non-smoking home, and I can not take returns. Any surface noise you hear is inherent to the quality of vinyl picture discs.
Shipping: The record will be placed in its own plastic sleeve with heavy paper over the opening to prevent it from sliding around. The record will be shipped my Media Mail in an oversize record mailer to protect the corners. The original inner full-plastic sleeve for viewing will be included. I know how to package these and will post images of it ready for shipping once there is a bid.
