Description
The Dark Crystal: The Original Sound Track, Warner Bros. Records, 1982, catalog 23749-1. A Jim Henson film. Music composed by Trevor Jones, performed by the London Symphony Orchestra and conducted by Marcus Dods. Includes the full color Brian Froud poster promised on the hype sticker, plus the original story and credits insert. The front cover carries a printed Lent for Promotional Use Only notice. Stereo, 33 RPM, 12 inch LP.
Condition: Vinyl is glossy with no scratches visible in the photos. Not play tested. The record is in a new anti-static sleeve. The cover shows heavy edge and spine wear with whitening, and both spine corners are frayed and crushed, as shown in the photos. There is a $4.00 price sticker on the front. The spine text is readable. The hype sticker and barcode sticker are in place. The poster and insert are complete, with fold lines as issued. Please review all photos.
Why you'll love it: A great pick for Henson and Froud fans and anyone who grew up with the film. The poster is the draw, since it's often missing. It's a solid copy for a fan who wants to play it or frame the cover and poster, and it makes a good gift for a fantasy film collector.
