Description
Hi everyone, presented here is an original UK copy of the very rare "Eddie and the Hot Rods" sleeve version of the Damned LP "Damned, Damned, Damned". It has the "Erratum" sticker to the rear. The sleeve is also non-laminated, further proof of it's original issue. Stiff label, cat.no. SEEZ1.
The LP:- VG-. Generally nice condition, has several light marks and a couple slightly deeper. The lighter ones look to have been caused by the old style harder turntable mats. It plays through well on my system, with low to average surface noise. As we know, this varies from player to player.
The Sleeve:- VG-. Generally sound, has a considerable amount of edge wear, though this mostly doesn't intrude onto the main sleeve. Has some creases (more so to opening edge area), and a fair amount of wear to the rear white sleeve. Mostly should be visible in the photos above. Title spine is nearly fully readable. Top edge slightly loose, could need careful re-gluing.
The Labels:- EX. Very clear print and virtually no wear.
We all know how much a top-end copy of this can go for, so here's a chance to get a decent copy at a bargain price.
My LP's are sent in professional mailers with two stiffeners. The LP, still in it's inner sleeve, is removed and placed next to it. This is to avoid edge cuts in transit. My postage AND packing costs work out at a slight loss.
