Rare Rhodesia / Zimbabwe Pressing.

Vinyl , Very near mint, absolutely superb, best I have ever seen. 
Sleeve , EX with 7 inch split to top seam, still presentable. See pics.
Zimbabwean sleeves are extremely crude having been made from recycled board. As such they are very prone to wear and were often badly cut.
