Description
'The Commitments Original Motion Picture Soundtrack 12" LP is a vinyl record featuring the music from the popular film released in 1991. Produced by MCA Records, this LP includes tracks by The Commitments and comes in a cardboard sleeve.

RATINGS
Please note that I am NOT a professional record dealer, or a business seller - I have collected records over the last 50 years to listen to them, not to profit from them! But I now feel the need to get rid of some choice items from among the vast quantity.
As such, I do not guarantee that my quality ratings match those used by dealers - I just work on the straightforward basis 'would the blemishes on this disc detract from the enjoyment of the music?' And very few LPs I am offering are claimed as 'mint' since I will have played virtually all of them myself!
On the other hand, many have not been played for years - in most cases these ratings are based on a VISUAL check rather than an audio one. Nor do I have access to a record-cleaning machine - some LPs will doubtless scrub up rather better than as supplied by me.
NEAR MINT : The record is in brand new condition without any marks or deterioration in sound quality, the sleeve and any inserts are in virtually perfect condition.
EXCELLENT : The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD : The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD : The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc.
POOR : These have all been given away already....

PACKAGING
All LPs are supplied in a polythene, or paper and polythene sleeve for protection, removed from their outer sleeves. The original inner sleeves will be provided where they are viable and reasonably intact. LPs are then securely packaged in a cardboard box to ensure that the package is durable and strong. The package is clearly marked as fragile.
