The Clash, H/Palais Double Sided TEST PRESSING 1978

VERY VERY RARE 10” double sided ACETATE TEST PRESSING disc. GOOD CONDITION.

Hammersmith Palais 3:59

SIDE B

The Prisoner 3:15

7” single cut onto 10 acetate disc in plain white sleeve and CBS picture card sleeve mailer. Acetate normally made by Pyral of France and supplied to record cutting/mastering rooms

Handwritten details on disc labels. Disc from CBS Recording Studios, 31-37 Whitfield Street, London. GOOD CONDITION, some surface marks, but I’m not going to play the disc to see if they effect the audio, due to the delicate nature of such items!!!

"(White Man) in Hammersmith Palais" is a song and single by The Clash, self produced and first released as a 7" single, backed with similarly themed track "The Prisoner", in June 1978.
