Description

The Clash – Give 'Em Enough Rope [Epic – JE 35543]

I got this record, and 9 others, at a recent estate sale. Some of the records were supposedly in a fire (as stated by the estates sale people). Some records have some damage from that, and if there is any, I will state in the ‘Cover Grade’ section if there is.

Press Info: OG US 1st Press [Santa Maria Pressing]


Vinyl Grade: VG++

Has some pressing marks but overall quite clean. I played the whole record and it plays amazingly well. Great copy.


Cover Grade: VG-/G

The cover has fire damage. The spine is completely open (pics above). A small bit of black on the top seam near the spine. Has some peeling spots on the back cover. Some ringwear. Besides that, the cover looks solid.

SEALED - Record jacket is sealed. Disc is sold “as-is.”

NM - Super clean record with little to no imperfections. Appears unplayed or barely played at all. I’d use this rating extremely infrequently

VG++ - Has extremely few light marks. Very clean

VG+ - Has some imperfections, such as hairlines or scuff, but looks clean and should play well

VG - Similar to VG+ but has more imperfections. Records VG and up will not typically have any scratches deep enough to be felt. 

VG- - Fair amount of imperfections or scratches that may affect playability.

G - Imperfections and scratches throughout.
