THE COLLECTORS / NEW VIBRATIONS FROM CANADA
Very rare ORIGINAL 1st pressing on the NEW SYNDROME label, released only in Canada in 1968, all consecutive Canadian press are on the gold, then green WB label, as well as US pressings. You know it’s the very first press run when you see the blue New Syndrome label. Musically, if you have, you know it’s totally awesome. “What Love” is a side long war-protest progressive track with a pastoral feel. An album of a prime importance in Canadian psych scene. This band later became Chilliwack.
On the WB NEW SYNDROME label # WS 1746, 1968, Stereo (mono doesn’t exist).
RECORD is EX: would grade M- in so many hands, but have few short paper scuffs that don’t affect sound. Surface is superb and very shinny.
COVER is EX too: a clean black touch-up have been made on the middle left part of the front cover.
