ARTIST: The Bubble Gum Machine
LABEL: Senate S-21002 (1968 Stereo)
TITLE: The Bubble Gum Machine
CONDITION:
Sleeve: Mint- and still partially in original shrink wrap. The front cover has most of the shrink wrap attached but is split at the bottom and top a bit. The back cover has about 1/3 of the shrink remaining
Record: This record has been played a lot as evidenced by lots of light surface scuffs and a few light scratches and plays VG++ w/ some light random background surface noise and some light random background ticks. / VPI cleaned
COMMENTS: Original copy of this fine 1967 Sunshine Pop Psych LP that features female & male vocal harmonies and some very catchy tunes that include some fine covers (Buffalo Springfield, Beatles, Bee Gees). This LP was also sampled for it's drum breaks (Black Sheep - Flavor of the Month).
Tracks : 1.) Wha'Cha Gonna Do For Me Now... 2.) To Love Somebody... 3.) A Song That Never Comes... 4.) For What It's Worth... 5.) The Love of a Woman... 6.) I Wouldn't Be Lonely Anymore.... 7.) You Make Everything Right ... 8.) I Wonder... 9.) No Love To Be Found... 10.) Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band - 1:43...
I recently acquired a nice collection of hard to find & interesting 60’s & early 70’s Psych & Rock LP’s mostly in beautiful condition, many still in original shrink wrap. I will be listing them in the weeks & months to come.
NOTE: VPI cleaned means that this record was cleaned on a professional $500 cleaning machine, which does wonders for the playback of all vinyl records!
