Description
For BIN is The Beatles LP Please Please Me.1963.Mono.Gold label.
First Pressing.Dick James Credits.
This example has first press matrices.See pics. The stampers are side 1.1 L and side 2. 1GG.
The vinyl playing surfaces are in 1.VG-light scuffs and marks but plays great with no skips etc.Audio is great too. I would describe side 2 as G+. More scuffs than side 1 as well as 2 small deeper scratches that cause clicks for around a minute on Baby It's You and lighter clicks for a short time on There's A Place.See pics. There are no skips on this side either.
There is some surface noise too between tracks.Overall, this is a decent playing copy with early stampers.
The sleeve is in Fair condition only. It's a little unusual in that the Angus McBean printer credit is actually in the corner of the bottom spine. There is a tape stain right round the front and rear edge of both front and back panels of the sleeve. The sleeve is also grubby. There is no writing however. The inner (poly lined emitex) sleeve is clean with some creases and a couple of tears but functions fine.
Priced with a fair BIN. There are other copies being sold on here for more than double the price of this one and in much worse condition.
Thanks for looking. UK sale and postage only I'm afraid.
