I listened to all sides of the 13 albums and there were no issues that I heard. (14 records/ white album has 2 LPs). I’m grading this at VG to VG plus- according to goldmine standards- I’d rather be on conservative side. 12 of 14 the vinyl portions were pretty much flawless, except for dust. There’s a long light scratch s3 of the “ white album” and a deeper mark on “with the Beatles” S1:3-4—I couldn’t hear any difference in the sound quality due to these minor defects.
This collection was kept in a safe since it’s purchase in 1978. It was only brought out for special occasions, but it appears to me it was probably brought out and played over 10 times. The condition of the jackets and sleeves shows some signs of wear: nothing too terrible but some of the things that I saw were one separation on the cover seam of “with the Beatles” I saw crease marks from removing and replacing records into their sleeves. I saw shelf wear and ring wear and some small bits transference of the blue ink from the rarities cover. The sleeves appear to be the original sleeves and have printing from the manufacturer on them. On the inner sleeves there are some wrinkles, fold marks and maybe some slight separations here and there.
Includes all inserts that are pictured, including four Beatles pictures and the book from the White album .
